Generousity is a gift that takes many forms.  It is a virtue of attitude and action and something to which we can all aspire.  Being generous is wise, like altruism, it  benefits all – helping others and ultimately ourselves.

When I recently met a total stranger, Rosemary Shapiro-Liu, she generously shared her time and wisdom. Only afterwards did I learn that she  had just written a very helpful book The mentor within – to help us all reconnect with our inner wisdom.  After quelling monsters and cultivating an inner mentor you will also have generousity of spirit – for yourself  and the capacity to play it forwards to others.

Pause to boost performance

Nicola - Sunday, April 17, 2016
